TRAINING & CONFIDENTIALITY

A pleasant and sociable work environment doesn't just happen. With customised training and workshops, we support organisations in recognising, preventing, and discussing inappropriate behaviour. These training sessions are suitable for teams, HR, and legal professionals, and can also be used as part of the onboarding process for new employees. This training contributes to an open culture in which confronting each other is normal and where everyone feels responsible for a safe working environment. A pleasant and sociable work environment thus forms the foundation for sustainable collaboration and a productive work environment.

The starting point is the organisation's code of conduct. What do we mean by inappropriate behaviour, and how do we translate written agreements into practical behaviour? Participants gain insight into boundaries, responsibilities, and expectations, and learn how to address inappropriate behaviour respectfully.
Through interactive work formats, games, and practical exercises, participants discuss acceptable and unacceptable behaviour. Attention is paid to the role of the bystander: what can you do if you see boundaries being crossed, even if you are not directly involved? We use principles of nonviolent communication to ensure that confronting others is safe, clear, and constructive. The sooner behaviour is discussed, the faster situations can be de-escalated and the greater the chance for recovery and understanding. This contributes to an open culture in which confronting others is normal and where everyone feels responsible for a safe working environment. A pleasant and sociable work environment forms the foundation for sustainable collaboration and a productive work environment.
