Every organisation is legally obligated to provide a safe and respectful work environment. This also means preventing and mitigating inappropriate behaviour, such as (sexual) harassment, bullying, aggression, discrimination, and breaches of business integrity. Besides protecting employees, this also has a clear economic impact: inappropriate behaviour often leads to higher costs and absenteeism.

In this 2-day training, (prospective) confidential counselors will lay a solid foundation to carry out their role with confidence and professionalism.

The training is practical and offers ample opportunity to practice skills. This will prepare you, as a confidential counselor, to contribute to a safe, healthy, and respectful work environment.
