TRAINING & CONFIDENTIALITY
Internal confidential counselors play an important and often intensive role. Guided peer supervision offers a safe and professional setting to share experiences, discuss case studies, and reflect on one's own actions, without violating the anonymity of those involved.
The peer review process is conducted in accordance with the LVV guidelines and is specifically designed for internal confidential counselors. Participants learn from and with each other, deepen their expertise, and receive support with the sometimes demanding aspects of their role. Precisely because confidential counselors cannot simply discuss their work, peer review provides space for reflection, recognition, and professional development.

An intervision session takes place in a safe and confidential setting and is guided by our experienced facilitator. This facilitator oversees the process, safety, and chosen intervision method, allowing participants to fully focus on the content and reflection.
One participant presents a concrete case study and formulates a learning question about their own actions. The other participants listen, ask clarifying questions, and provide feedback and insights related to this learning question.
During the peer review, various peer review methods are applied to each case, providing depth, variety, and a broad perspective on the issues. Afterwards, there's time for evaluation and reflection: what did the contributor take away, what did the participants learn, and how did they experience the process?
