TRAINING & CONFIDENTIALITY

When undesirable behaviour has occurred within a team or between two or multiple people, it can lead to tension, misunderstandings, and disrupted collaboration. Often, there's a desire to engage in conversation and clear the air, but there's a lack of safety or trust to do so independently.
A facilitated conversation for two or more people, or for teams seeking dialogue after a traumatic event, can be helpful. We facilitate the conversation in a safe and respectful setting, allowing everyone involved to share their story and creating space for mutual understanding.
What can you expect:
-
A neutral and independent conversation facilitator
-
Attention to all perspectives, without judgement
-
Structure and calm in an emotional or tense conversation
-
Focus on listening, understanding and clarifying
-
Guidance aimed at restoring communication and workable agreements
The aim of the facilitated conversation session is not to assign blame, but to create clarity, restore trust where possible and make agreements for the future.
