The Positivity and Relaxation (PART) program is based on sound scientific research and developed by the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard Medical School. As part of the program, participants use a special workbook developed by Harvard and BHI and extensively field-tested.
Research shows that PART participants not only reduce stress and improve their well-being during the course, but that these effects also persist long-term. Studies show that the techniques and habits learned contribute lastingly to a more positive mindset, better self-care, and greater resilience, both at work and in life.
With PART, your organisation invests not only in short-term results, but also in the sustainable health, energy, and productivity of employees.
